Automatic center problem

I think that automatic center is a great option, it works perfect in most cases, but not always. For example: Banshee (CD32) & James Pond 3 (CD32) - right border problem. Is it possible to fix this issue?

No. It only works if program sets sane and logical display settings ("border isn't always a border")
