Wasted Dreams chipmem problem

I'm trying to play Wasted Dreams with speech but whenever I try enabling speech I get not enough chipmem for speech message. I've got 1,982,664 right now. I can't boot with no startup sequence and mount my CDROM as there is a program with power it only works when WB is booted and there is a CD spinning in it. I got the patch and running it from that. Could fblit and ftext interfare with it?

boot without startup-sequence and type :
mount cd0:
then run wasted dreams
that's all...must work

Fixed. Disabled blazewcp, fblit, ftext. Working now.

I'm on real Amiga and I cannot mount my CDROM when I boot without Startup-Sequence. It's nontrivial even when WB is normaly booted. It might have somthing to do with me not having a buffered IDE interface. Using a 2.5" hdd and a slim cdrom which has a converter on it on a modified cable. It drains power from the floppy power connector.

Do you have a 4way IDE splitter? They need software to be ran to activate the 2 last channels.

No only the standard connector.

OK, but a CD-Rom still needs some software to run the atapi.device or whatever it uses. CD0 mounts but doesn't run without software.

CDROM runs with Os3.9 scsi.device.
I have IDEFIX software and it behaves the same using it and atapi.device
