I looked at it
And it is indeed an A1200. Can't recognize the monitor though...

I was watching the movie Toy Soldiers on late night television and there were two a2000s with 1084s in it. One in the command tent and one in the dorm room of the younger students. Probably the same computer used on both sets.

It looks to me like the Commodore 1942 multisync monitor A mate of mine had one in about 1994 for his A1200 so i would pretty much recognize one anywhere!

Yeah i had a Philips monitor for my A1200, so i was very envious of his 1942 at the time which gave everything a softness and no flicker

I have not seen them for a while, but I think an amiga 1000 was used in the season finale of Sledgehammer. A spoof cop show that aired back in the late 80s. Theyvisd it instead of a sketch artist to make u a portait of a suspect. There is also in season 7 of married with children the episode when Bud gets 25000$ grant to go to college. In his dorm room, it appears to be an amiga on he desk, but I can't seem to make out which one it is.

Bones Season 03, Episode 07, boy in the timecapsule

An Amiga 1200 spotted in this episode from 2007. The amiga is at 18m30s

I wonder what tools/apps they used for the workbench. The partition named 'stuff' is amusing because that's also what I call my folders

It seemed they opened a window with no closegadget with a listing of the SYS: directory but the files have no RWED protection bits set.

I usually have a Stuff: partition on my Amigas too! Have done since I was a teenager.

And to stay on topic, here's a dark grey painted A1000 keyboard, mouse and monitor from the 1993 Australian movie Body Melt.

There is an Amiga 1000 with external floppy drive on a desk in the detectives office in Miami Vice. See it in several episodes, right outside Lt's office.
