OS3.9 disabling CD Drive

Hi there,
I installed OS3.9 from an external CD drive. Now I disconected the CD Drive and OS3.9 comes up with an error 'Cannot open "scsi.device" unit 2 '.
How can I disable unit 2?

Please help. It's driving me crazy.

See if you have a CD0 in devs/dosdrivers, remove it and see if it works
