Internal DVI adapter board for new Indivision
Hi All,
I've been doing some checking and an internal DVI adapter board for the upcoming MKII video board can go where the RF module sat on the A1200... however, the width of the DVI header is 1.450" so the only way to put it there would be to remove the composite video jack too. The capacitor that sits behind the Composite video jack will not get in the way. A board can be made similar to my VGA adapter board for Indi ECS and AGA MKI video so that it is an easy install. Granted, there is some desoldering do be done to prep the board. The board can also be placed on the other end at the rear of the board and use a couple of small nuts and bolts to secure it in place (My preference as there is no soldering/desoldering at all). I could design a board so you could place it in either location. what"s peoples thoughts? |

Hiya,
I've already removed my nasty RF module and I assumed that the DVI output would fit in there nicely without having to also remove the composite output |

It would be a welcome addition to my A1200 :-)
