IDEFix Express buffered IDE interface + OS3.9

Hi,
i'm considering getting a IdeFix Express adapter, but i was wondering how one sets up CD-Rom and hard drives on wb3.9? Will idefix's drivers interfere with wb-s cd drivers and support for large hard drives?

I have a 4 way adapter in my tower. That runs a 20gb harddrive and a dvd rom with no problems at all.

If you use the latest IDEfix drivers, it will not interfere with OS3.9. It is recommended to disable the OS3.9 scsi.device patch, though, just to be sure.
