It's interesting and funny in a way to have CD music mixed in with paula audio in an old game not meant for it. As far as I can tell though it will play until it reaches the end of the song and then stops completely. I suppose it would be worse if the song kept looping.

Weird, sounds like a WinUAE bug then...

I never noticed this as when I'm finished playing a game I always quit WinUAE using <Ctrl> + <F11>

I quit the same way.. Just seeing wether that bug is at my end as well.

thank you again for all the updates DamienD! I was looking for the last Ninja and didn't think to look under "the". Also played Wizball _ Amazing game, though I have to play the C64 version again as the cat seems a little more hard to control in the Amiga version or its just I'm older and slower reflexes. Next step is to try and set up my X-Arcade stick and will be set!

Ok, have got this working without the need for the CD-ROM

...going to be a 225MB .HDF though but that's cool.

Grab the file "Napalm - The Crimson Crisis AmigaCD HDF [No CD].rar" from the EAB File Server under the directory "~Uploads/DamienD/HDFs"

i was going to download the napalm - the crimson crisis no cd hdf but i can't log into the server. i get a 530 account is restricted to 20 error simultaneous logins error.
i had this error sometime ago but then it worked again later.

No my friend, do not bother with / use the file "Napalm - The Crimson Crisis AmigaCD HDF [No CD].rar".

This was a favour for ransom1122 to be used in his Raspberry Pi project...

In Update Pack #5 you already have "Napalm - The Crimson Crisis [AmigaCD]" setup / configured with full audio tracks

...sounds to me like your using the generic account which is slow / restricted
