Question DKB 1240 and Kickrom

I have an Amiga 1200 with a DKB 1240 (68030 and 68882 at 50MHz) with 3.0 rom.
I want to kick rom 3.1 (40.068), I try different tools :
  • Blizkick 1.23 said : requires turbo board/.... with MAPROM feature
  • Cpucontrol 1.06 : freeze or guru 8000 0038
  • Kickrom 0.7b : guru 8000 0038
In this review the author said "Apparently, the MMU is not automatically turned on at bootup, and I am at a loss as to how one can enable it"

Do you have any idea and if someone have the original disk provided with this hardware.

Thanks.
