Hmmm so both of our disk 2's are bad? Which track is bad on yours? Maybe we can get a working copy from yours. See above.

How would I determine which track is bad? On my copy the noticeable problem is that it gets stuck when trying to load the Nightmare table. Highscores are also modified on my copy, fyi.

Have you tried to install it with WHDLoad? Need OS 2+ and a HD. Kryoflux free also needs this too.

Got a hold of another disk set! Dumped disk 2 again, let me know if it is error free.

An interesting note, I used WHDLoad to install this disk set and the files came out the same as my original version. So it seems my WHDLoad dump of that disk set is fine.

Ok, i did a check, a guy called Joe has modified the scores :/

However, the good news is that the disk 2 should be the same data as the Euro version.

Did anyone happen to keep the dumps that were in The Zone? Only Disk 2 is there.

Yes, check the zone.
There's three different disk 2 dumps in the archive, haven't checked which one is the best to keep.

Disk 1 is in the archive, it's the one that was zoned way back when.

Strange, this disk 1 is good. I have been able to make an IPF. Only disk 2 miss... since all of them are scores written on disk.

a) What's the path to disk 1? lol

b) We know what the score table SHOULD look like...I think in this case it may be warranted to hand-edit the IPF to change the values to the expected defaults because the likelihood of finding a virgin disk of the far-rarer NTSC release is about nil (considering the game itself prompted you to disable write protect!).

in the zone

I would need TJLazer to dump his disk 2 in kryoflux track mode. I would then be able to make a proper disk 2.

No way to convert the SCP dump to KF track format?

I've searched the whole zone (OK, the FTP site) for keywords 'pinball' and 'dreams' and can't find it to save my butt. LOL <- Never mind, the FTP transfer/archive isn't automatic. Have it. Thank you!

Sorry but it doesn't work. Looks like the SCP file is less than 5 revs, i can't encode the converted file.

And the Disk 2 is different in NTSC, not the same as PAL disk 2.
