PSPUAE 0.53 (GTA Eloader Version)

Another small update of PSPUAE.

From pspupdates: "The 0.53 release only has one minor upgrade from the previous one, but it's one that surely helped out made playing some games a lot easier. This version added a drive speed option to improve performance on some games, though it doesn't do the same service for all the games emulated. Still, any upgrades are good, and we can be thankful for their hard work and time spent making the emulator."

hehe... how did this start getting on EAB news and not just under "uae: other" ?

and the round-about way of getting here.... i always post it on psp-news.dcemu.co.uk direct from www.pspuae.com (which is a better url to use for the source site btw... in case the host ever changes) - i suspect psp-updates steal the news from there!

i guess i should be less slack and post it here mysel when it happens.... ah well.
