Speed-Limited Kickstart 1.3 WHDLoad

As most of you know, I am reviewing and adding many PD/Shareware/Freeware Games to a Huge Games Collection

I have come across some Games which sadly run far too fast under KS3.1 natively (no whdload wrapper)

Most of these fast Games what I wrap inside the WHDLoad KS1.3 Wrapper do work fine with no errors, except since there is no speed limit applied to them, they will still run far too fast

I am therefore hoping someone can create me a "Speed-Limited 7KHz" version of the Generic Kickstart 1.3 WHDLoad Wrapper, so I can try that

WHDLoad Generic Version I use: Workbench 1.3 Kickstarter 34.005 - Version 1.5 (03.01.2021)

Version of WHDLoad I currently use: WHDLoad 18.8.6478

It's not possible to have generic speed limiter in WHDLoad, only custom patch to the game code works.
ExpChip and NoCache options may slow them down, depending on the system.

In UAE, you can call uae-configuration program to change emulator speed settings in WHDLoad's ExecuteStartup and ExecuteCleanup scripts.

Perhaps something like Slow Motion in Action Replay 3 can be possible for DOS games.
High priority level 6 timer interrupt can be called.

Something like this:

Code:
Lvl6Int
 rte
Amiga user will be choose timer speed value only (How often this empty routine is called).
More times called = more slowdown.

Sorry to be a killjoy but it's much better to list the games and we'll adapt them properly (and remove protections in the process, etc...). Most of the time it's a 25Hz => 50Hz issue due to the fact that the game assumes that 2 vblanks have passed when it's only one.

I really do not want to keep coming back asking for Game X Y Z to be wrapped so it will run at correct speed, I am sure I would annoy the heck out of you all, which is why I kinda wanted a 1-stop solution to this issue

Ideally I want to put all the Games under the KS3.1 environment so that users do not need to switch between both Collections - But I guess I will need to keep putting these problematic Games in KS1.3

For example on PC DOS there are 2 tools which "steal cpu cycles" ie. Slowdos and Moslo - Slowdos accepts a figure, such as "slowdos 9000 execname" and works with some old Games, and Moslo accepts a % figure, so like "moslo 50 game" - and both of those work great for the Games and slow them down to a acceptable level so you can play them

Would there be something similar for the Amiga perhaps, a dos utility which can do exactly the same to make older Games run at proper speed under Kickstart 3.1
