Quarterstaff? heh heh, I just downloaded it. I like the Mac buttons, they lend a continuity to the whole thing. It's to my taste, mais oui!
Oh, and I would love to tell youse all how simple and logically organized Mac games are. The interface, folder, files. Not a wild mess the way PC games are. And running the same games on the Mac emu is simpler and smoother than running DOS games on a native PC. What is in the heads of those retards from Richmond??
Maybe they oughtta try some of that Cupertino Gold and loosen up. Here..take a hit and pass, maaaannnnn

But I do have a qualm about one Apple product mentioned by a certain sppok earlier in another thread.
The user interface of Quicktime on both PC and Mac is horrendous. I have no problem with it's compatability or how pretty the player looks. Its lovely. But it is absolutely unintuitive and clunky. That's why I stick to the stunningly elegant and simple and sweet iTunes and iMovies.

Couldn't they update their buttons? Been using the same exact ones since the black & white days...it's time to move on to something more modern.

Hehe...Frederic has the British cover and mine is the US release!

And yes, it confuses me, as well. Hey, he copied me! How come he never copied my Bobby Brady avatars?

They have. OS X is a total revision.

It's not the UK release! It's the "Rutles"...look closely.

Of course *I* knew that, but I'd have never let on. Even when I play The Rutles' music, I never tell my friends who they are listening to. "Ouch!" roolz!

One question Frederica..

Why are you running Basilisk in a window? If you make it fullscreen it will be much more like a real Mac

Earlier Twistin' was bitchin' about Mac buttons being blah. I found a great Mac modding/skin site, and this program, Kaleidoscope is amazingly simple. Here is what I skinned my emulated Mac with...

If you have a pre OS X mac or emulate one, go here.

Now all you need to do is to make your setup available, pre-configure with all files in a virtual HD, everything properly packed in a zip file, just as BW did with his workbench setup. it would make our lives easier.

edit: I've remembered such pack exists. check the TOMY's Website - Home of the Mac-Emulator-Pack: http://kickme.to/tomy

Fiss, I would like to, but the barest setup with OS 8.1 and essential applications is well over 150 megabytes. There is one setup readily available for all to download, almost as good as mine.
