Bug: Floppies is not included in default File Scanner

Ran into this problem while trying to Net play a game on floppies.

Issue
The other person in the game room reports something like:
* lij could not find floppy_drive_0 for for d11d7e4bdeebcfa85616c3e5f9819d6f12654e06
even though they have the same exact file.

Solution
FS-UAE is not set to scan its own Floppies folder by default. You must include it by going to (main menu)->Settings:Scan & Indexing, Click + and add the Floppies folder. Now you must force the program to update the files database by going to (main menu)->Update File Database.

The scanner scans directories recursively, and ~/Documents/FS-UAE should be added to the file scanner by default (or the portable directory).

If the Floppies directory is not included in the scan with default settings, then yes, there's a bug.

- But you do have to run the "Update File Database" function at least once, FS-UAE Launcher does not run the scanner automatically.
