thanks Ironclaw, i knew that there was something about deliplayer as the plugin for firefox refused to install on this system, but i thought the whole program was working. patience!

that's why usually i go for mods, as foobar runs them perfectly

Hi rkauer,

I tried to download the zip with both FireFox and IE and the mod inside wont play with any player or tracker. Could you please reupload it. Would be nice to hear a Rock 'n Roll X-Mas mod (not to mention to play with it in a tracker ).

The module is powerpacked, just decrunch it and you can listen to it. For some reason it won't decrunch correctly in PT4.0 at least ('XPK Lib failed') so decrunch it manually.

Edit: I'll upload the decrunched module to the zone just in case someone has trouble decrunching it.

Ah alright. Thanks for the info StingRay!
Do you know a unpacker for the powerpacker format for Windows? (Yeah I know it's blasphemy ) I could fire up WinUAE and do it within it, but it would be nice to have a tool like unlzx for that

Edit : Thanks again StingRay

No problem. As for the unpacking, I just used WinUAE for that (my A4k is currently dismantled thanks to a bitchy PIV ) I'm not sure if there's a PP decruncher for Windows, most probably there is but I for myself never saw one (and never needed one either).

You're right it's quite easy with WinUAE. I use Fasttracker 2 and Skaletracker most of the time (couldn't stand the GUI of Milkytracker ) and thus it would be even more easy to have a windows tool I will look if there are any Amiga format unpacker for Windows (I doubt it though ) on the weekend.

You someone wants, I can zip my entire mod collection and toss it to a share-the-file server.

Last time I did this the archive reached 46Mb! Note that a lot of mods (and MED, XM, IT, PT, etc...) are internally compressed (powerpack)...

I just need to put one of mine A1200 online (both are in the "lab" for different reasons).

I have a collection of around 1.5 gig (IIRC) mostly mods. But there is now way i can afford to upload that much, might get a mate to up it.

Where is a good(easy) site to upload, otherwise ill just use my webspace and it will be a bit slower!!!

Really 1.5GB of pure mods? Gimme, gimme, gimme
Hmm, best way to host 1.5GB would be to set up a torrent or to ask Magix if you could use his FTP.
