Gotek and 2.0 ROM
Hi,
I fitted a Gotek to my 500+,and some of the games ,will not load. I sometimes receive a software error message . Could this down to the software not liking the 2.0 Kick Start ROM? I do have a standard 500,I plan to add more RAM to,and fit another Gotek .Do you think this would be a better Amiga to use ? Thank you |

It is probably a 2.0 incompatibility with the game you're trying to play.
For compatibility with the majority of floppy loading A500 compatible games, 512k/512k and ks 1.3 is your best best. |
