Question What's the font used in the Amiga logo?

I am wondering if someone can tell me what font is used in the Amiga logo?

EDIT: Seems i am able to answer my own question If i'm not mistaken the font that it's based on is called Bodoni.

@Zyprexa

you know this is quite ironic, should the Bodoni be non-commercial distribution license only then arguably the creator of that Font could demand royalties and or a removal of that logo. arguably this would invalidate Amiga.inc's trademarks LMAO!!! ohhhhh if only.....

ROFL, LMFAO

You think Amiga inc would drag it through the courts, or just give it up :P
As far as I can remember numbers could not be trademarked (see Intel naming Pentium http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pentium...and%29#Origins ) and also letters, but is a word made with a font a word or a collection of stylised letters arranged so they just happen to be a word?

Now could they possible argue that its a type face and hence there ok to use it?

I'm gonna look into this because I am bored

Legal mumbo jumbo :

http://www.gillhams.com/articles/352.cfm

All I can find on Bondoni is that its a collection of fonts, and I cant find a author/artist/designer.

I am soooo bored... :P

"The Amiga Wordmark evokes both a classic and elegant feel as well as modern look. Bodoni, the font selected to build upon is a classic font. Further refinements involving the manipulation and subtraction of serifs and the addition of the red square create a progressive, yet elegant logo. The red square represents technology and adds energy to the logo by implying a sense of motion.''

http://www.amigahistory.co.uk/logo.html

So its a modified bondoni font, so whos is it now, and was they actually allowed to modify it?

PS : i like this bit :

The black text of the AMIGA creates a bold and strong impression with the red square giving an interesting angle to the work. Or it could be crap.
