I see you are out of those perspex cases.

Will you have more soon? I'd rather purchase both the MiniMig & case at the same time.

Missing my old MiniMig, which I traded for other hardware...

Can you please check with Matthew on the possibility?

So do these 1.1 minimigs not require the arm daughter board for HDD and extra ram support now?

I am not in the loop at the moment when it comes to the minimig but the price seems to have come down some, maybe because of the exchange rate... or my imagination...

Yes.

However in a 3.1 config, its very slow at loading HDD.
I have been playing around with a 1.3 config, which boots and runs fairly quick though.

Another quick question:

The 4mb optioned board...is this in-house-modded like the service offered for 2mb units, or do new units ordered with 4mb come equipped as such from the factory?

In house soldered by me, .

Have to ask, why do you ask?
I have'nt had one come back for incorrect soldering, .

I must have soldered over 50+ now.

I used to own a 2mb MiniMig (since traded for an Efika) & you could designate RAM in the menu to fast, chip or a combination of both.

Guessing that the 4mb version firmware also allows this?

Yep.

Chip = Max 2MB
Fast = Max 1.5MB
Or a combination within those values.

I have'nt tried Amiga Forever roms, I dont think they would work as you cant select a key file.

We are still working on the cases.
