RR-net on amiga?

I saw that there were drivers for the mp3@64 for the amiga.

To me it looks like the RR-net is using the same interface.
Are there actually drivers for it, so you can use it on the a1200 clockport?

I think it would be great to have the possibility of having an internal ethernet card on the a1200

You should ask Platon42, maker of Poseidon. He did the driver for the mp3@64.

No interrupts = polled io ethernet = very bad performance indeed.

There's a project on German a1k.org forums. Seems to be on hold currently.

No if card will use one of ARM with embedded Ethernet capabilities (they are easy available and cheap) - all tasks related to network can be passed to the fast (60 - 70MIPS) CPU.
