CD32 Reset button/signal inverted ?!?

I've got a no-known past CD32.

I replaced caps (and put them in diversed polarity - according to schematics and my multimeter, they were put in wrong direction at the factory)

The amiga seems alive, but it boots only when I keep pushing Reset button; otherwise it keeps being reset all the time... Seems that the signal is somehow inverted!

Any ideas what could cause this strange behavior?

Maybe /RESET is high while the button is held, then when releasing it, it is supposed to perform a short low pulse, but stays low for some reason.
