In the bottom of my wardrobe i have an Amiga technologies A1200 with 150mb hard drive, cd drive, 32mb fast, cyberstorm `60 processer which cost over £400 from gordon harwood in `96. The whole setup must have cost me nearly a grand in 95. Now thanks to WINUAE its totally redundant and will probly not get used again. I want to keep it as (as usually people say) in 50 years time it may be worth a fortune............

Does anyone know why it is that computers kept in storage just seem to stop working when there taken out maybe years later. I've always wondered that.
Aside from maybe dust/corrosion on cards/contacts/sockets and dead batterys they just don't seem to function right again.... |
