Amiga's Best Pick Up And Play For The Modern Day

So you know how it is these days, you're getting older, time is more precious than ever and you don't want all the hassle of learning hundreds of controls and pissing about installing stuff.

I`m interested to know what Amiga users like to play when their looking for that quick fix of Amiga goodness. Recently I've been playing Rodland, Super Hang-on, Stunt car Racer and swiv..All great pick up and play titles, all great games you can just dip into. I`m currently compiling a list of games that fall into this category to write back to real disks to play on my A500+

Having a look at the games played in the Super League will give some good examples of reasonable games that don't last forever or are ubercomplex.

The C64 version is far better in my opinion.

My usual go to casual games are: Sensible Soccer/SWOS, Speedball 2, Lotus 2, Stunt Car Racer, Micromachines and maybe stuff like Agony or Ruff N Tumble.

From all these lists it would seem we are spoilt for good choices on the Amiga.

@Faerytale. Moonstone? Amazing game, but pick up and play? Unless you are very familar with the game it can be quite hard to dip into without getting your ass kicked

Is that an issue? You can play it a bit here and there and enjoy getting killed in a lot of ways. Then you can one day take the time to play it "seriously".

Especially if you play with a friend and he gets his ass kicked more than yours.
