looking for Show Animation V5.4 from Sparta - is listed in the index file of The Boiler Room, but it is missing.

#1) can be found on almost any public domain disk.
it is an old anim player only 'ShowANIM'

I think I found the disks in the BS1 collection #32: AX anim issue 1.adf & AX anim issue 2.adf
