Just tried the installer from 3.9 and it won't even initiate the install with that. Damn.... Error reads "Can't open Lib file " " in line 299" Humpfffff.

yes, there is file called " " (single space only) that is not compatible with any non-amiga filesystem afaik

You need to unpack it in real Amiga (or inside emulation)

Ahhhhhh.... Thank you Amiga Gods. Yes much of my Miggy World is emulated at this stage. I am almost set up. The A1200 is ready to go, and the A500 will be ready once I have the V7 roms and a scsi drive in the A590. PCMCIA/Compactflash is organised, then it's file transfer time.....

Bingo.... Installed after unpacking in emulation. Thank you. Although this is supposed to be public now I thought. It's asking to be registered, and needs a keyfile. ???

And this is obtainable? I don't think you can register the software anymore, so there must be another method to register? Edit... Yes, you can still register... http://www.sasg.com/cgi-sasg/order_info?app=mui

AFAIK you don't need to register MUI unless you want to do something with it ? (I mean writing a program that uses MUI). I never registered it and it never asked me to register.

I am using it with Magic Workbench. Maybe that is why, but it has most options ghosted.

you can certainly register it, I did about 4-5 months ago... but don't expect to get a personalized key, the author will send you a key of some friend of his, because his amiga died and can no longer make keys... it sux...

I was hinting that this keyfile is probably illegally within the public domain by now

Store the mui.key in S and reboot.

If you have instead the library of this thread http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=37249&page=3, post 53, that file should go into your System:Libs.
