Errors creating an Emergency Disk Os3.9

Hello

First of all congratz for this web and thank you all for help and amiga support.

I have a problem creating a emergency disk for Os 3.9.

I'm following the excellent manual of Thomas but I get the error message "volume emergency-disk is full" almost at the end (70%). I have to cancel two times until the emergency disk is finished.

What happend this and what can I do?

Was the floppy empty when you started? Never had this problem myself.

Had this problem too but my system I created the disk on was too expanded with system files so the disk got full quite fast.
It's best to create the disk with a fresh, basic WB install
