Taken from the manual on amiga.resource.cx:

13.4.3 externer Strom
Pin Signal
1 GND
2 GND
3 +5VDC
4 nicht belegt
5 +12VDC

(Nicht belegt = not connected, but I guess your language skills are better than mine )

Hi mrluff,

There are links to photos, a manual and software for the AlfaPower here:
http://amiga.resource.cx/exp/alfapower

Good luck.

there's no use in the pictures or the manual, i have found out. but thanks anyway!

what i need is probably someone with a picture of the buttons connected to the board, or a description/sketching.

Are you talking about the RAM and HD switches?

ah, sorry! For some reason I thought the only thing with a pinout would be the power supply, hence putting it in there...

The ram and hdd switches will surely be just... switches?

I am astonished! The only mention in the "manual" for this card is on Page 125 Paragraphs 11.1.1 Left Switch (RAM) and 11.1.2 Right Switch (HDD) with absolutely no mention of wiring or pinouts. The only useful information here is the function of the LEDs associated with the switches.

You're really going to need someone who actually has one of these cards, and preferably someone who is presently using it.

From looking on amiga.resource.cx, it appears that there's a 6 way connector on both switches!

That's madness...

Good luck. I'll shut up now

Yeah, but the indication on how to use the pins is labeled on the board.

totally forgot to reply here after the dissapointing results.
did all soldering according to pictures/schematics and tested but hdd/ram does not work, no card showing up in early startup and nothing in os 3.1/hdtoolbox/hdinsttools. the whole alfapower might be non-working.

Ok, i'll make some pictures anyways so you can check the cables.
Also, make sure the jumpers are set correctly for the amount of ram inside.
