Building WinUAE from source

Let's say I am crazy enough to want to build WinUAE from source. What tools are necessary to do it?

The forum's search function. There are at least two threads in here discussing this topic.

Search other threads.
Download Visual Studio 2013 Community (or 2015RC)
http://www.winuae.net/files/b/winuaeinclibs.zip, unpack to header and lib path (DON'T unpack to winuae tree)
Search other threads again for correct project build order.
Mostly done.
