I replaced the affected games anyway.

They extract fine in WinRAR as well as Workbench now.
Win-win situation for everybody.

I overhauled and replaced all Defender of the Crown 2 CD32 packages.
If you grabbed the archives I added yesterday then delete them and grab the new ones.

Hybris version cloud (2.3 by psygore) does not match the
version of the site WHDLoad (2.2 by JOTD).

I think both you and Turran should request to take reigns of the WHDownload site.

That way we can have the full sets and newest seperates all coming through the site interface which I used to love until they were too lazy to update it.

I've never released dats.
AnimalFat compiles dats for the WHDLoad collection over at Pleasuredome though.

Latest dat is quite outdated by now and many of the files from WHDownLoad and EAB ftp will not match crc as he used RAR to batch recompress old zips to lha.

Dat, which is not maintained by me attached.

Please remove "RainbowIslands_v1.4_JOTD_0012.lha" from the EAB FTP. It's actually an inferior version. JODT made a mistake, the same he made for Hybris a few weeks ago.

I know about it, I added JOTD to filename instead of deleting it and kept it and Abaddons v1.4.1 slave on ftp.
Some users might find it useful not having to press space to "insert credit" before playing.

You don't need space. It works with joy up too (even in the original) or with the blue button with a CD32 pad. Abaddons patch doesn't need a keyboard at all (player selection included).

Can someone remind me why new packs are not in ZIP files?

Because in some games the file attributes/file names gets corrupted via zip archives when you unpack them.
