Hey D. I didn't read it, but it's a pity. All the work he did and all the CD32 collections.
I bought recently the cd32-scene-magazine (that is also done by him not?)
I was looking for the Amiga CD32 Anthology Set #3 as I noticed that I'm missing only that collection. It's not on the EAB server anymore?

Yup, it's seems he's somehow managed to delete the upload folder i.e. ~uploads/cd32 on the EAB File Server.

He's also closed his external website which had links to stuff.

You can't read his posts related to this as he's decided to delete numerous posts in various threads

...anyway, I can still see them so:

I was kinda hoping my son would be more interested in some old games, but bar Indy Heat and Golden Axe on MAME thats about as far as his interest goes, so holding onto these old Amiga games hoping to rekindle the ‘good ole days’ multiplayer fun with my mates isn’t sadly going to happen.

Of course i might release something or update a disc from time to time, but the thought of spending another 5-6 hours on a Sat or Sun just updating discs is no longer fun or rewarding.

This is a very weird thread to me; 1 single thread start post by AmigaJay, which seems to have been redacted(?)

If the community has taken over the idea and brings some love to CD32, that's positive ofc , was just a reflection.

Fortunately he still has his mega.nz account active
as far as I can tell the only things missing are some fastram conversions and the 2nd cd of Psygnosis Collection (AJ20 )

Sad to see him leave. His blog page can be found using Wayback Machine (at least parts of if): https://web.archive.org/web/20181225....blogspot.com/

I didn't understand everything here. For me, AmigaJay is a kind of pillars that support large buildings. Amiga CD32 building in this case.
So seeing the strong and solid pillar flickering is something unexpected....
I hope it's only a bad time because every day brings us beautiful things and trouble. Sometimes we just need a little more time to deal with the hassle.
With you, mate. Make a break but keep the virus

Very sad news.
Thank you Amiga jay for ALL your work. I hope it’s not down to folk moaning you’ve closed it because their are a lot of appreciative people out here for what you have done. Guess that’s the magazine down as well.
I think after all that work I personally would have at least left the website up, even if nothing added to it, but that’s your call.

“You could always replace disk 2 with cinema ware disk”
Did I miss this release? Is it still downloadable?

Ah thanks for link hungdman!

It's probably the download limit for free users kicking in.
Anyway, check my user upload folder in half an hour or so.

...but that's 5GB per day.

Plus you can always use Chrome via Incognito mode to get around this or TOR

All upped to my folder now, feel free to sort and move as seen fit.

I'll have to admit I just don't understand why he deleted them in the first place.
A lot of work went into making them, so delete them just because you "retire".. Hmm
