Zip Drives On Amiga And Pc

well here goes.
i have a zip drive 250mb working on a amiga
and a zip drive 250mb working on pc

the question is:how to transfer between the two and what software do i need.
i have aue but for some reason i cant get it to show in it!

ok i could burn a cd or a dvd.but its not cost effective with 2-4mb files
i could/have been using a adf transfer kit but i dont want to keep opening the tower.

details on how to pull this off would be great.

Is this two separate drives or the same one?

Do the files simply not show up between the two if you put the Zip disk in the drive(s)?

Use FAT formatted disks. On the Amiga you can use CrossDOS or FAT95 to read them. No need for UAE.

CrossDOS is included in Workbench since version 2.1. You need a mount file in Devs/DosDrivers for the ZIP drive. There are various example DosDrivers on Aminet.

FAT95 is on Aminet, too. It supports long file names and comes with detailed documentation.
