Installing Scalos Workbench replacement

I have followed The Green Amiga Alien guide (http://guide.abime.net) about
how to set up a hard disk & Install Workbench 3.1 in WinUAE.

I have followed their instructions and have my specifications exactly has they show, except that my WinUAE is newer. I am using WinUAE 1.4.4.

It all works fine until Chapter 9 - Installing Scalos Workbench replacement.
In the last step:
20. Click on Menu.pre to select and click on OK, something went wrong.

I can see "Menu.pre" and all the other menus in the list. Just as described in the picture. (Look at: http://guide.abime.net/wb3.1/chap9.htm)
But when I click OK, WinUAE reboots my AMIGA and i get a software failure.

The screen is black for a few seconds and the red colored text "Software Failure - Press left mouse button to continue - Error: 8000 000?" appears. There is a red flashing frame around the text. Then WinUAE starts my AMIGA emulation again.

Is there anybody else that have had this problem with Scalos?
