Question Where is GBA Speedball 2?

I cant find this game ANYWHERE! (UK) Ive been into my local GAME store and they say 'Its been released but weve sold out'. Ive been to two other retailers and they say 'Its not out yet, and its not on our 'soon to be released' lists either'.
Can someone please confirm that this game is actually out? and does anyone know if GAME has some kinda deal to release it before everyone else? or are they full of it?

@RCK
I tried getting the emulator from that link, but it wont download.
Is there a prob with the site or is it my heap o' junk PC?

I do own a GBA so having the emulator would be an excellent way to try before I buy.

Tried disabling my firewall and still no luck. It says 'Transferring document' and s-l-o-w-l-y crawls up to 39% and goes no further. I tried downloading something small from the zone aswell and it does the same thing!
You think its an IE 5 problem? because It never used to be like this, I used to be able to download everything!

it may not be your IE fault... but simply your shitty internet connection
use one download manager program like http://www.flashget.com or http://www.netvampire.com/ for all your files transfert. (you will be able to resume your download)
