Is "Tie break" really rare?

I see that on HOL, Boxscan, Diskscan and manual of "Tie Break" are missing http://hol.abime.net/1396 and even SPS doesn't have the ipf file of the game but I just saw it for sale on Ebay and on an Italian website (at a cheap price in both places).
Is it really possible that nobody here had never had the chance to scan the content and to dump the floppy?

UPDATE:
Ok, I just noticed that it also goes under the name of "Adidas Championship Tie Break" http://hol.abime.net/5503 and scans for it are present but still no SPS image.

Ha, you must be joking. I dumped a game nearly 15 years ago and I'm still bloody waiting.

Not holding out much hope now though.

Incidentally the game is Dungeon Master (2.0 version with Atari ST tracks)

Thanks all for the replies.

I don't think it is a "rare" game but, can someone explain "how/why/when" a games on HOL is rated "rare"?

Very often I read "One version is common, at least one other version is rare", what does it mean? In that case is the original release "rare" and the budget release "more common"?
