Deneb and Mediator 4000Di

Guys, has anyone got any experience in using Deneb with Mediator 4000Di ?
Does it work without any problem, and the most important does it work at all?
Are there any other problems while using Deneb with Mediator?

I'll be grateful for your opinions. Thanx in advance

You must operate the Deneb in PIO mode with a Mediator A4000D(i).

The A4000D Mediator uses a CPLD between the Zorro slots and the A4000 motherboard to enable the two extra Zorro slots. Possibly the source of the conflict.

But the A4000Di should not need such a CPLD as it only has 5 Zorro slots. You should really ask Michael Boehmer of E3B.

Yes it is. Under OS 3.9 I can use DMA, but under OS 4.0 classic I have to use PIO (because of the software limitation of deneb/poseidon).
