I finally finished The Godfather on Xbox...

It was excellent... although definitely a bit repetitive.
The guns you use and upgrade during the game were very good, the Python & Assassin's Pistol's and the Street Sweeper were a lot of fun to use - the Magnum made a great sound!

Some parts of the game were very tough, taking the Compounds, Warehouses and Hubs for example.

I finished the game (promoted to NYC Don) on 98.5% - I couldn't be bothered to drive round and pick up the few missing film reels and blow the very few remaining safes I missed - everything else was 100%. missions, contracts, Businesses, Rackets etc... ok, TBH I didn't pull off all the execution styles...

It was a long game... I clocked up over 50 hours playing this...!
I would recommend it but be prepared for a few late nights...

Going to try (Re-try) Resident Evil 4 on the PS2 now - although I never liked the camera angles...

I did not like this game, there are no zombies at all!!! RE without zombies is like a beach without the sea!

I do like to blast the odd Zombie now and again...

I find the Camera angles and controls so irritating in RE4 - you almost get a pain in your neck playing it - I think that is why I gave up playing it last time... I will try to persevere this time as I am determined to finish at least one Resident Evil game.

Plenty of fun and like s2325 said it's a really good game even by today's standards. Full of creepy atmosphere! It sort of reminds me of a horror version of the PSX game "King's Field"!

Realms of the Haunting is a very good game
All those adventure games from 1996-1998 period (mainly Broken Sword and horror adventures), RPG games (Albion, Stonekeep) and Grand Prix 2 and NHL Hockey games from EA made me wanting to buy a PC.

I definitely had a great time with Stonekeep.
However the end was a real bitch to figure out

Fast Freddy http://atarilegend.com/games/games_d...p?game_id=4933
very choppy animation and scroll but nice atmosphere, I don't know how to finish first level...
Slug Blast http://atarilegend.com/games/games_d...p?game_id=5202
should be commercial game, good idea with different, selectable angles of shooting

Just finished the epilogue of the 1st episode of the new Monkey Island game and it's... playable.
Sure, nothing special, but I wasn't disappointed either.
I like the motive from Evil Dead btw, nice.
