PCMCIA Ethernet speed
I have installed a PCMCIA Ethernet card in my A1200 to transfer files to/from my PC. It works just fine, but I was expecting a better transfer rate, I only get 90 kbit/s (I haven´t tried any configuration settings yet). Anyone out there with experience from this area?
BTW, I'm using Miami and AmFTP. |

Hey Walker, what brand/type of PCMCIA Ethernet card did you buy? I want to get one for my 600, but I am not sure which one would work on it.

I bought a 16 bit "Repotec" card, costs about 25 bucks here in Sweden. From what I heard any NE2000 compatible card will do. I´m also 100% sure that the "SureCom" cards work with A600/A1200.
