Help replacing the magnetic disk inside a floppy?
One of my original Monkey Island 1 discs has gone bad.. I want to carefully take it apart, replace the magnetic disk inside with a new one (to which I've copied an image of the disk already), and seal it shut once again. Is this actually possible? Cheers.

It is possible, but you must be very careful. Carefully take off the shutter + spring, then use a thin sharp box cutter to get inside.
Don't prise or twist, you will just stress and discolour the plastic. |

I will try this.. I'll first try re-writing onto the floppy a couple of times though (failed the first time I tried it )
