Heya guys,

Anyone possibly have the demo for: Nothingness: The Triad?

Thanks, but I would like the original .LHA file and not Aladin's "generic" WHDLoad version... that probably needs killer amounts of RAM to play considering the extracted archive is 8.5MB

Don't worry; the file isn't on Aminet but apparently its on "Aminet CD 20"...

Downloaded this and indeed it is

...in The Zone! in case others want it.

@DoubleD
Good one mate! Nothingness is one of those files that mysteriously disappeared years ago from the main Aminet server for no apparent reason, yet survived on the dormant Aminet mirror servers that remained alive from the old ftp days. As you said, it seems that the one I linked to in the HOL entry is sadly no longer active.

Interestingly, I must've taken precautions in the event of that happening because the copy I have on hard drive is - to my surprise - on the EAB FTP server too. I'm continually amazed at the obscure treasures that the FTP server contains. I take my hat off to Turran & co. (and Magix before him) for maintaining such a fantastic resource over the years!

Anyway, back to the game itself.....what do you think of Nothingness now that you've played the demo? Does it make the cut for your WinUAE collection?! Personally, I think it was a damn shame that it never got finished.

...that's the reason why I wanted the original .LHA file; to add to my collection.

Currently trying to finish adding in all [unreleased] games as mentioned in this thread: [unreleased] Amiga games...

...not up to this as yet though; Evil's Dooms SE is were I'm currently up to but have failed miserably over the past 3 hours of trying different things: Evil's Doom SE (but see you have also)
