No it its not what i am looking for. It could not copy ANY files to nvram.

I have allready found it. IT is called NVEdit and can save any file to NVRam. You have to add one block to save whole file but works like a charm.

So only how can it be better is mount nvram as drive :-)

I bet you can store a text file, like, a startup-sequence file, to avoid using RAD and maximizing memory for WHDLoad shit.
But the memory it would take to mount it could be a waste.

Thread necromancy!

I would like to mount it as a disk for experimental purposes... Small high score files using save path= in whdload for example.

No one has considered making such a program? If it is even possible?

As far as I know, it has a TOTAL of 1K, or 1024 bytes, so it seems pretty pointless to me...

Already done. Earok, made one for our CD32 projects. Works well, it lets you throw what ever you want into the NVRAM as long as its under 1kb ofcourse. You could also do what I was doing. Save to RAM:, then Compress data and throw it on NV, then retreive and uncompress.

Not true, if save data fits, then happy days.

Fair point. I guess it could be handy, as long as 1024 bytes is enough space for what you need. I remember having an unexpanded Vic 20, and it was surprising how much could be done in the roughly 3.5K that had free from memory.
