Well that's CHook's great score relegated to 11th place and nil points
Oh, and a friendly reminder to everyone, please remember to write your score in your posts, makes my life a lot easier, thanks! |

Edited: I discovered that when you finish level collecting "Exit" bonus, time left is multiplied by 10 and added to your points score. When you finish the level in normal way it is multiplied by 50, so collecting Exit Bonus is futile. But, when you finish level after freezing six enemies you get time left multiplied by 500 and when collecting four bears by 100. The method with freezing is working and gives you hell of the points! I suppose this is the way turrican3 is getting such scores! Last edited by mailman; 18 November 2007 at 11:24. |

Now that's dedication - constantly playing a game even though you don't like it

This game is a pure crap! Authors did not think of any way of skipping the level when you got stuck. In level 59 you got only the arrow platforms which disappear after walking them. I got 59 lives there. I fell down into the abyss and after "ressurection" I have nowhere to go! 12 lives which I had in the strore went down the drain! I think in such situations there should be some way of skipping the level. It could cost you a life or two or some amount of points which could be deducted from your score. Considering the size and what happened to you and me, this game could really do with level codes for normal play. Your idea is good too - I'd happily have spent half my lives to continue playing.

Yeah that is a good idea. It does smack of slightly amateurish design.

I did manage to play it long enough earlier to obtain a score above 30k but that still leaves me in last place Last edited by CHook/OTT; 19 November 2007 at 23:24. |
