Domain thieves ? .. Somebody regged it 4 years ago.
Calm down woodster ... <constructive criticism> Somebody needs to work on the gfx in those pix. They look like you've robbed them from the Addams Family and darkened them 80%. Its hard to see. </constructive criticism> |

I don't see the problem in it, I like that graphics and I'd keep it as is.

Amiga will never die!

Now that I compare screenshots of Addams Family to these graphics, I can see the similarities. I'll try to make the blocks look more different, but I assure you all that everything in this game was pixelled from scratch with Personal Paint by myself and the other artists working on the project, no ripping was involved.
I'll contact Amiga Flame and any other Amiga games sites soon, I guess I kinda wanted to at least get the website up first though. |

I'm sorry i didnt mean to cast aspersions, I do like the GFX, especially the pumpkin headed baddy. I just find them very dark and noted it was similar to a particular Addams family level. I only meant it as `user feedback`. |

A friend of mine offers his sound skills. He asked me to forward this to you (because of his English). He is a musician and has few questions:
What kind/genre of music do you need (rock, disco, classic) How many channels could he use in Octamed Studio - 1, 2 or all four (it would mean that the game would be without SFX), and how many kB would you offer for sound/music in the code. He can send you something then. For CD32 there could be sing as well. If you are interested, here is a mail address: Briol.M(&)seznam.cz |

I think the game needs an evil, brooding, barouqe type of ambient music.

Rebel, Cammy, if you get the chance, give us a shout over on IRC, as i might be able to bring a bit of input. (music, testing, game-ideas, maybe even some coding if you'd like to get me some help with my game ) i do have some restraints atm with regards to time however, as i'm feeling like i'm spread a bit thin over projects atm.... hopefully that will clear up though

Amiga will never die!

Unfortunately the program we're making the game in doesn't support multiple scrolling backgrounds, also called parallax. It does however have a few extra shades of blue in the background by using the copper effect.
