Question Has anyone completed Transarctica??

When I arrive to Omsk, the game asks about:
word4,
line1,
page16,
of original manual... This city is vital to complete the game, so I can't avoid this pirate-check control
Has anyone got manual to Transarctica or knows WHERE can I find it? S.O.S

I don't, sorry. But I am curious as to which version of the game is not 100% cracked. Who cracked it? There seems to be a couple different cracks of the game. You playing the ECS or AGA version?

Thumbs down

This is AGA version, cracked -in half - by paradox.
But I remember it happened also on my A500 long time ago...
Is there any hope?

Still no solution to Transarctica copy protection ?

After 11 years of official release, there is no properly cracked version of this game. Probably the first in the history . I coul'nt find the complete manual either. Does anyone has a solution to this problem?

Indeed he will, but his time schedule is very loaded atm.

In the meantime ... here's the manual as a text file.
(taken from 100% LSD 46 [yes, there are versions where this file is not available])

We now need someone with the original manual to tell us the places where a new page begins. Thanks.

FWIW, here's the original PC manual from The Underdogs, but only the English part!

I wouldn't be surprised if those scoundrels even asked FRENCH vocabulary from the manual (therefore page 16). This would mean that you'd be out of luck here. (Or repeat the part until they demand a word from the English part )

Finally i found the missing French part of the manual. Here is the link:

http://www.abandonware-france.org/cl...l/man_tran.pdf

Yes it asks some French words but using similar English letters instead of French letter is ok. (How lucky we are that the developers were not Arabic or Chinese).

But still having a proper version in tosec would be nice among 15 unproper versions.

Fully cracked AGA version is available for download on WT-page, but
i have problems to run this version in WinUAE.
First, it seems the startup-sequence is faulty, after editing this the game loads to the main menu.
Then i click "Start" in main menu and nothing happens.
