Nullmodem cable

What would i need to make a nullmodem cable to transfer ADF to Amiga? What programs should i need to the Amiga side and PC side? I have read something on the net but i can't make a clue.

It even describes how to get the files to the Amiga.

It is recommended for an A500, though. With an A1200 you should better get Ethernet.
