winUAE rtg problem

I'm currently have a problem with the tutorial at http://guide.abime.net/wb3.1/chap1.htm. One of the steps is to use is the set rtg memory in the Ram window. However whenever that is enabled, when i start up the emulator, all i get is a blank screen which just keeps on refreshing. After disabling it (setting it to 0mb), my emulation started working properly. Does anyone have any idea on how i can fix this (so i can use rtg)?
