Cheats you remember?
I was just thinking that nowadays many games have trainers rather than actual cheats you enter from the keyboard. In years gone by I still remember lots of cheats:
Cyberdyne Warrior - C64 Plug joystick into port one then up, down, left then right and press fire for infinite energy. Batman - The Movie On the title screen enter JAMMMM (just keep pressing M until the screen flips for infinite lives. Treasure Island Dizzy When playing type: icanfly (to fly funnily enough) eggsonlegs (for invulnerability - still get caught by traps though!) Turrican 2 Enter the music menu then press 1 then 4 then 2 then escape twice for infinite lives - but you get no score! Shadow of the Beast 2 Run to the East then press A to ask a question enter ten pints to have inifinite energy - but you can still get stuck in traps and not be able to finish the game. Those are just a few of what I recall - do you have any favourites? M. |

I remember The SOTB2 one too
And Super Cars 2 They were "Big country" fans so you had to enter album names "The Seer" and "In the Big Country" as player names |

"Best Kept Secret" for infinite energy in Robocop.
"CHEDDAS" in high-score screen in Ninja Warriors for infinite credits. How could anyone forget JAMMMMM in Batman the Movie (only losers use it though ). And MAI for player name in Nitro for 50 money! |

The classic 'FUND' cheat in Simcity.
Edit: I see that one is also mentioned in the old thread linked from here. It's not really for the Amiga, but I never forget IDKFA, IDDQD, IDSPISPOPD etc.. |

I preferred IDFA (in that certain non-really-Amiga game ), as it 'only' refreshed your ammo and didn't give you any keys |

I've only checked ADoom (and that a while ago), but I'm 99% sure they are also in all Amiga ports

CHEATERCHEATERWIMP for a game I've never played called A-Train.
I found the code years ago in the very first gaming magazine I've read, found it funny and somehow remembered it. |

For some reason I never forgot the cheat code for The Addams Family for extra energy: B919R. I've forgotten many, many things about various Amiga games over the years, but bizarrely that particular cheat just wedged itself deep into my brain somehow. I didn't even play the bloody thing that much!
