Where are the free games stored that were downloaded when the I updated the database?

How do I remove games as being "available" after I have deleted them from the "Downloads" folder?

I downloaded some games to try out, and now I want to remove them. I deleted them from the Downloads folder, but they still show as available. How do I make them go back to their previous state of not available or not downloaded?

Try to delete FS-UAE/Cache/Downloads/
