Compiling filesys.asm

Hi, @toni, what tool (and with what settings?) do you use to compile filesys from filesys.asm? I might have to compile a custom version for debugging purposes, but I want to make sure what I can create a byte-for-byte identical filesys_bootrom.cpp from filesys.asm first.

It has quite weird compilation method.. Compile it with asmone (v1.49-rc2 but version shouldn't matter), then save it as an executable (wo), then use filesys.sh to remove headers and generate C source.
