Puzzle Game with blocks being pushed by a tractor?

I thought it was Digger. But I was wrong 'cos I've just downloaded that and it wasn't right at all

Puzzle

Pushing blocks around with a tractor

4. Viewpoint
Top down I spose

5. General dates
I played a demo of it that came on a coverdisk (maybe AF?) that would have been 1993 I think.
6. Commercial status
I only played the demo

7. Other specific info
Nice big graphics - it was a well presented demo. Maybe some of teh blocks did funnu things when you pushed them.
