i merged tritus.readme from v2.43 and readme.full from v2.41, got rid of all references to "demo",
copied the new "registration - no more" text from registered version v2.41 to tritus.readme file.
also mentioned R3 and where to download full version (http://aminet.net/package/game/2play/R3).

some one please proof-read because my english is not very good (=very poor)...

Ah boo, can't get it to run on my A1200 tower, would probably need some WHDLoad trickery to get it going

If you don`t want to read the instructions ingame then they can be found at Tritus/Grafix/gamedata. Its just a plain text file.

Yes, it is great fun game and works fine on my A1200 040 3.1 with a lot of patches.

For the quinella, I've just found Tritus V2.43 (HD version) released by Hellfire in 1996. Again, it's the Aminet version with nag screen removed. Another one to shove into the next TOSEC release. In the Zone......

@honx
Not sure what the difference is between V2.41 and V2.43. There's no history file in any of the Tritus archives I've come across. I guess you'll just have to trust that the coders had good reason to release the update!

Do you have "Keyboard Layout B" set?

If so then this is also fire button 1 along with <Right CTRL>...

Thanks Galahad for patching that.
I spent a considerable amount of time last night with this game. It grows on you terribly! Even as a 1 player game, I quite enjoyed it.

But I still don't understand certain rules and they are not explained anywhere.
Sometimes I just get a GAME OVER even though I was just playing normally and didn't fill up my screen with blocks. I am guessing another "player" won, but WHY? There's no score, there's no quota, at least not visible.

Still getting that feeling that there's huge potential in this game to be an absolute all-time classic and killer, but things like this let it down

on input tab while testing right alt is located on altgr key, at least right alt responds if i press altgr.
but it does nothing ingame. and is there any other way than alt-tab to exit test mode on input tab?
gameport 1: windows mouse, gameport 2: usb-retro-converter with real amiga joystick plugged in.
so no keyboard layouts are used at all.

btw. did anyone proofread changes i made to readme file on galahad's .adf? i zoned it yesterday.

It would be really cool if the coder released the bb2 source code for this great game.
