Can i use the Full version of ClassicWB under FS-UAE ?

What are the major differences apart fro file size?

I'm new to ClassicWB so I can't help you with answers about differences between the versions, but I can confirm that FS-UAE can be used as an emulation platform for it.

I recently (yesterday) used FS-UAE to create an OS39 ClassicWB installation which I then transferred onto a real A1200 and it works just fine.

FS-UAE is a bit awkward here and there. When you use it, it's clear that this application is very much a "work in progress". But it works pretty well.
WinUAE is a much more refined option if you're on Windows.

Just as a heads up, WinUAE is also better on Linux running under Wine. It's faster than FS-UAE is running native.
