I have been playing Total Chaos (AGA version) all week. Great retro boardgaming fun. 2 weeks ago I played God of War 2 but I liked the first one better. It might be time for some more Yo! Joe!

Just finished Supremacy again, 2nd time in the last 3 days.
Had a great quick game against the stupidiest opponent and it was fun as usual. Deuteros scare me with it's complexity, I'll wait for a longer weekend maybe... BTW: Anyone knows of any Supremacy remake/look-a-like for teh PC? |

Playing JOTDs Gods Deluxe and realised that I'm indeed a bit 'rusty' Will try harder now, because his new levels are fun (but maybe a bit too hard for me ).

Yeah, I know what you mean TCD, I don't even dare running this game...
That's why I prefer the good old strategies... |

I dropped Shadow of the comet, definitevely I hate point & click adventures ... I am about to drop even Might & Magic 2. The first was nice, this sequel is somehow boring...

PC gaming for me today all the way...
For now I'm trying CoD5 and... as much as I LOVED CoD4, which was finally not a sequel (CoD3) of a sequel (CoD2) of a copy (CoD1) of MoH, it got some of the hottest action scenes you could take part in, in the history of 3D FPS gaming! My favorites are: El Prezidente's "ride around the town" & execution scene (sorry Fred, lol), the fucking awesome "last minutes of a soldier who got too close to an atomic bomb blast", the bombardment from the sky missions, the fucking awesome sniper sneaking & execution mission... etc. Yup, you guessed it, I loved it But back to CoD5. As I feared, it's yet again a sequel of a sequel (CoD3) of a sequel (CoD2) of a copy (CoD1) of MoH. And while the scripts back in Cod3 were getting a bit annoying, back in CoD4 the programmers were TRYING to make them less anoying, now the scripts are... EVERYWHERE!!! Your stupid team bot-mates stop every fucking 5 meters for you to keep up! Now I'm in the "retrieve the air field back from the japs" mission, there are a few tanks riding around in paths (obviously ) and you're the only one who knows how to use the Bazooka... What's even better, the tanks seem to have a fucking tracking system that's focused mainly and only on your humble person! Yes, you've guessed it, everywhere you go, wherever you hide, the tanks keep popping in your general direction!!! Fucking ROTFL!!! |

The natch der untoten co-op zombie games is awesome on cod5. got to lvl 20 earlier. you start trapped in ahouse with boarded up windows a little like romeo's night of the living dead. the zombies start off slow but each wave gets progressivly faster. great fun on xbox360 with a few mates. nothing like giving it a zombie with a sawn off shotty

The CoD5 story continues... and ends.
I've finished it. After 7 hours of playing. That's 3 hours less then CoD4. Either I've gained some special abilities or the game's short. . No contest here, the game's short. I'm glad there's the Nazi Zombie extra level at the end, should keep me occupied for a few more hours... The game was scripted a lot more, but has much less of those cut-scenes that were so awesome in CoD4. The first missions are pretty boring, nothing happens, unlike in CoD4 you just go forward - shoot - move forward - shoot - move forward - shoot. I loved the flying mission on the ocean, pretty t'was. The last mission was nice too I guess, the ending also... Oh well, let's wait a few moths for CoD6, shall we? |
